Pushrods

This is the Rod between the Valve Lifter and the Rocker Arm. In most Motors it is Hollow for oil to flow through it. These are very strong and Important to your Motor. The Most important thing about a Pushrod is to make sure you get the correct length. This can change with using different Blocks, Camshafts, Valve Lifters, Heads, Head Gaskets, Rocker Arms, or Valves. If the Pushrod is to long or short it can the geometry of the Rocker Arm. It can also break parts. You can buy a Pushrod Checking tool to check for the Proper Length needed. You can get special Pushrods that can be cut to the right length if you cannot find the right length for your Motor.
